Mat-Su and Goose Bay Boys & Girls Clubs

Dear Ms. Scott,

Mat-Su and Goose Bay Boys and Girls Clubs are very thankful for the opportunities that this partnership with Mat-Su Health Foundation have created for Mat-Su youth! As of November the clubs have started wonderful Triple Play programming in both Clubhouses and are planning the start of the Health Habits soon.

Included is the signed Grant Agreement for the project as well as the payment request for $12,500. We warmly invite Mat-Su Health Foundatino employees to visit our Mat-Su and Goose Bay Clubhouses, as well as volunteer anytime.
