Capacity Building Initiative Sustainability Snapshot Implementation Grant
The 2011 Capacity Building Initiative Sustainability Snapshot Implementation Grant application is available online. Specific Mat-Su Borough nonprofits have been invited to participate. The deadline for submitting Phase I of the application is 5:00 p.m., October 21, 2011. The application and all attachments must be submitted online.

Effective this fall, the Mat-Su Health Foundation will transition Capacity Building Initiative Sustainability Snapshot grant applications from our paper application process to the "GIFTS" online grant process.
Organizations that participated in the Mat-Su Health Foundation's Capacity Building Initiative and received a Sustainability Snapshot from Foraker Group received $8620.69 in funding to address identified priority areas this year.
